During his various interventions and exchanges, H.E. Olivier Noudjalbaye Dedingar reaffirmed Chad’s commitment to multilateralism, international cooperation, and constructive dialogue with the Bretton Woods institutions (IMF and World Bank).
He highlighted the Republic of Chad’s strategic priorities, including:

As part of the Business Lounge at the Annual Meetings, H.E. Olivier Noudjalbaye Dedingar held discussions with several international partners, foundations, institutions, and private sector actors to explore avenues for South–South cooperation, financial innovation, and public–private partnerships.
He reiterated the central role of Chad’s Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council (CESCE) as an inclusive dialogue platform, ensuring development that respects people, culture, and the environment.

A Voice for Africa on the Global Stage
As the official representative of the Republic of Chad and as a spokesperson for the aspirations of African youth and civil society, H.E. Olivier Noudjalbaye Dedingar called for greater African participation in global decision-making bodies and advocated for a reform of international financial institutions to better reflect the realities of developing countries.

H.E. Olivier Noudjalbaye Dedingar, Permanent Representative of the Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council (CESCE) of the Republic of Chad in North America, also took an active part in the Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF), organized within the framework of the 2025 IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings.
During the forum, H.E. Olivier Noudjalbaye Dedingar stressed the importance of civil society engagement in designing policies that address people’s needs, particularly in developing countries such as Chad. He underscored his country’s key priorities:
- Economic diversification and sustainable growth
- Quality job creation for youth
- Strengthening social cohesion and community development
- Enhancing climate resilience and protecting the environment
He also called for stronger partnerships between governments, civil society, and international financial institutions, emphasizing that inclusive dialogue is essential to achieving equitable and sustainable development outcomes.
